Prices.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate of 17.5%. Please note the prices quoted do not include shipping charges. Please see the section Shipping Charges . These charges may be altered.
Corinthian Marketing Plc Guarantee.
We guarantee that everything we sell should be in a collectible condition. Should you encounter figurines or packaging that falls outside of a collectible standard, we will either exchange the goods free of charge or refund all payments made on the goods. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

It is important that when you place an order that you state your full name and postal address and membership number (if applicable) and that you ensure that the correct payment is enclosed (if sending by post).All payments to be made to Corinthian. Please do not send cash as we cannot be held responsible for its safe arrival.
Payment for on-line orders.
Please note that, once you have placed your order and entered your payment details, the payment will be processed immediately. This will secure your stock and your order will be delivered within the 28 day lead time stated below.
On-Line Orders.
Please note that once an order has been completed via the on-line shop, we are unable to amend the order, i.e we cannot add or delete a product from the order, or change the delivery address. If you wish to amend the order it is necessary to request that the order is cancelled and refunded, and for the customer to place the order again.

Delivery Times .
We are actively trying to improve our delivery times and our ability to respond to our customers needs. However, in busy periods we do quote our longest dispatch times. Below we have listed the longest dispatch times that all orders would fall into.
